BSB CONCERTS

My 1st Concert

I went to the first concert of the American Millennium tour!! Look down and see the pictures.

Here is my story. I was out of town the day the tickets for the concert went on sale, so I didn't get to a local paper to see if the tickets had gone on sale. When I got back, I found that the tickets had sold out in 45 minutes. So I tried everything to get tickets but the day of the concert I still had no tickets. So we thought "HEY let's go anyway and see if we could buy some tickets off some scalpers!" We got to the Coliseum about 2 hours early. We went to the box office even though there was a sign that said "Backstreet Boys Tickets Sold Out!" We asked "are you sure you don't have any Backstreet Boys tickets at all?" The lady said, "How many do you want?" It turns out that we got 7th row!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could not believe it!!

So we sat down and we were really close to the stage! When the concert started, it began with really loud, creepy music. The BSB came out of a black box on some cords and flew right over me! They were about 3-5 feet away! I started shaking and almost started crying! I couldn't believe that either! They sang nearly all the songs from Millennium, some songs from Backstreet Boys (first CD), and one or two from their import. I think in all they sang about 19 songs.

While the BSB were singing "The Perfect Fan" they picked out some girls and their moms to sing to. Kevin's pants seemed to be falling off, so he was holding up his pants with one hand and a girl's hand with the other. This was an all-around stage so they were making a circle. Kevin let go of the girl's hand to fix his pants and after he thought he fixed them, he let go and his pants fell down!!! It was sooo funny!

At the end, confetti came down and I kept some as a souvenir. After it was over I was soo depressed. So my mom and I found a way to get down next to their bus. Though we got chased away, we still got pretty close. I still had a great time.

Next I am going to their concerts in Charlotte and Greensboro N.C. February 18th and 20th!!!!!!!!!

My 2nd Concert

Ok, so this is the concert in Raleigh. We stood outside before the concert for the longest time! It was freezing cold but buses kept coming in so we stayed. Finally, the dancers started coming out and 2 of the girls waved at me. They were really nice though. The people would not let us stay to watch the BSB's bus arive so we were a little mad but went inside and found our seats. The seats were not that bad but still not that good. But, you know, we still got in and that is all that matters.

My 3rd Concert/Encounter

Well, I have always been a BSB fan! I have now been to 3 concerts and the third one contained the best night of my life!!!! Here is my story: We had tickets for both of their concerts but were still not as good as the first one we went to. So, we decided to go the day of the concert again and stand in line at the box office. We were going to see if they would open up some better seats-which they did! We ended up getting floor seats!!!!!! But in the meantime, we were being asked to give out those picture cupons to all the people coming in to the coliseum. We got to wear these passes and got to go inside the coliseum before any of the other people. After our job was over, we got a whole set each of professional taken pictures from the tour. Back to the concert- at the end, we got up to the front beside of the stage. That was just the beginning of our good luck. After the concert we stood outside in the freezing cold for at least 2 hours. The dancers and the band came out and we started to get really excited! Then we waited and waited and waited etc. Just as we were about to give up we saw A.J. coming out of the door followed by Nick(Ahhhh)(who got his hair cut and looks very good), Brian, Howie, and Kevin! Nick blew me a KISS and I about passed out!!! After they had gotten in their buses, we followed them to the airport and watched them get into their private jet! I am now considerd a Backstreet groupie! -This was the concert in Greensboro

The Next concert: Went to Charlotte to see them yet again!! But this time, the Black & Blue Tour!!! I was soo excited, I went with my mom, my grandma, and their friends and one of my best friends, Corey!! We had the best time, while eating dinner at a resturant, we got a call on the cell phone!! It was my friends saying that they had just won BACKSTAGE PASSES!!! I FREAKED!!!! I could not believe that they would be meeting the BSB!!! I was soo happy for them!! They got to meet them and everything!! Well I cried till the sixth song of the concert, then I was fine until here come the guys in security guard outfits running down my aisle, I was soo thankful I picked the end seat!!! THE BSB WERE ALL RIGHT BESIDE ME!!! They had to do this becuase in the show, they show the video of them under the stage but they are actually going to the other end stage and there was no entrance to from one end to the other stage so the only thing left to do was...run down my aisle!!! hehe!! The concert was awesome but not as awesome as my next experience!!!....

Concert # 5!!: This concert was the best of them all!! My mom, my grandma and I drove to Pittsburgh to see the guys!! We got to talk to their driver and stuff while looking for a bathroom! He was soo nice! Then once we got to our seats, I could see under the stage and the guys were actually walking around!! I even started crying b-4 the concert even started. I became good friends with the sercurity guards but the best was Bob, he was soo nice to me, you'll see... Bob and I got to talking and I showed him the Beanie Baby with the pictures of my room to him and he was amazed, and told me that I could go by the stage and try to give it t them since our seats were a few rows from the stage on the side!! It was a awesome place to be seated cuz you could see everything, even under stage!! Once the concert started, I cried the whole time! I actually couldn't breathe for a few seconds and the security guard came up to me and was trying to calm me down, then he said, ive got a couple of seats right here by the stage, would you like to come over here? I gave him a huge hug and ran into the seats still crying! The guys came right up to me!! I touched Kevin and they all were right there looking right straight at me! Then at the end of the show here comes Howie and I still hadn't got the Beanie Baby to them yet,I tried once but it fell off the stage but my sercurity friends got it for me, they were soo nice! But as Howie came up I put it in his hands and he mouthed the words: "For me?" and with my mouth hanging open I said yes, then he took the Beanie Baby and put it in his other hand with him mic, and then grabed my hand and held it!! Tears were coming out of my eyes, and I knew he saw them, then he went to the front of the stage and held the Beanie Baby up to the camera and there was my picture on the big screen. It was the last song of the show, "Shape Of My Heart", and at the end they go down into the stage and there was Howie, with it next to his heart! I could not believe it! After the concert I got to watch them get into their buses again and watch them wave at us. I just love them soo much! Their the best group in the world!!!
