I call them... Barefoot Fountains.
Here are some I've made.

All Barefoot Fountains are designed using layers of Pennsylvania bluestone which I shape with hammer
and chisel. Some have water pouring from a small
pot or pitcher, while others feature a
small lighthouse.
Some fountains are accented with a small ceramic
figurine or perhaps a plastic frog or lizard
gives the desired effect.
I add a little artificial greenery to hide the cord
and I also drape some around the front base
of the bowl. A piece of weathered wood placed
behind the fountain completes the presentation.
